I live, work, and play on the ancestral homelands of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Lummi and Nooksack Tribes, the stewards of this land since time immemorial. I acknowledge the great damage that land ownership has resulted in for the members of the tribes and the non-human occupants of this land. Land stewardship and solidarity with the land and its original stewards is of great importance in my practice, I work to find my place in the reconciliation that must be.
I am grateful for the tribes' enduring stewardship and protection of the land and waterways.
My history with Latitude is the roots of my real estate career. Latitude was founded by my dear friends, colleagues, mentors, Neal and Alissa Collins. I am proud to be an agent in this collective that is making big moves in the Regenerative Real Estate space. I embrace this affiliation to showcase my dedication to reconnecting to the land and teaching my clients the value of creating resilience by enhancing participation in our natural ecosystem through land improvements and community engagement.
This Accreditation through Earth Advantage provides me with the knowledge and training, as a real estate agent, to appropriately address the value that ADUs, Accessory Dwelling Units, granny flats, mother-in-law apartments, etc. add to property and homeowners that choose to develop them. ADUs hold so many possibilities for Bellingham homeowners as well as their communities! Now is the time to think creatively about how we live, build, and interact with housing in urban areas, let's chat about your dreams to make this a reality for you and your property!
